In 2011, Vikram Chatwal Hotels announced its partnership with The Strategic Group augmented by an additional dynamic of the Tao Group (Tao, Lavo, Beauty & Essex, and Stanton Social), spawned by Mark Packer and Rich Wolf, in which their newly formed joint venture would oversee all restaurant and bar venues in the latest property to be added to the collection, Dream Downtown.
