In 2011, Vikram Chatwal Hotels announced its partnership with the TAO and Strategic Groups (TSG) to develop and operate the Food and Beverage program at Dream Downtown. TAO Group's founders are Marc Packer and Rich Wolf; Strategic Groups founders are Jason Strauss and Noah Tepperberg. Collectively, the four native New Yorkers created the TAO/Strategic Group (TSG) whose most recent projects include the opening of LAVO Italian Restaurant & Nightclub in both New York and Las Vegas and Marquee Nightclub & Day club, an indoor/outdoor club and pool that opened in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on New Year's Eve 2011.
